Daniela is an experienced leader in social and environmental justice with particular expertise in governance, organizational development, leadership, and programme development. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with organizations advancing human rights, climate justice and systems change across Africa, Europe, and the Americas. She currently serves as Americas Senior Development Manager at Greenpeace International. Previously, she held leadership roles with ActionAid, where she helped lead the organization's internationalization, Oxfam Southern Africa, and Making All Voices Count, an initiative exploring how technology can strengthen transparency and accountability. She is also an Associate Integral Coach™. Daniela brings extensive experience in organizational transformation and governance to Spring Circles.

Amany has over 20 years of experience working in the areas of Operations, Finance, and Organization Management. Throughout her career she supported many organizations and field operations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She is specialized in building and strengthening the operational capacity of start-ups and organizations that are growing and scaling. Prior to joining Prospera as Senior Advisor Operations Excellence she was the Vice President for Business Transformation of the Equality Fund and the Vice President for Finance and Operations of the MATCH International Women’s Fund, both in Canada. She also worked at CARE International in Egypt, USA, and Canada, and MEK Foundation in Egypt. Amany holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Accounting and Auditing from Cairo University. She obtained her Public Accountant Certification from University of Illinois, Chicago and has certificates in training of trainers and meeting facilitation.

Ikal is an environmentalist, researcher, and internationally recognized advocate for Indigenous rights and environmental justice. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Friends of Lake Turkana, an organization working to protect communities and ecosystems in northern Kenya. Ikal obtained her PhD in Geography at the University of Leicester, where her research examined the political ecology of state expansion in Turkana's pastoral commons. Awarded the Goldman Environmental Prize for Africa in 2012, Ikal brings deep expertise in environmental governance, community leadership, and movement building. She also serves on the boards of The Christensen Fund and the Africa Centre for Energy Policy, and on the advisory board of the Tenure Facility. Her perspective strengthens Spring Circles' commitment to justice, community leadership and systems change.

Graciela Selaimen is a Brazilian journalist, writer, and activist. She is the founder and executive director of Instituto Toriba, which is dedicated to supporting civil society organizations, activists, and philanthropic institutions to imagine, design, and manifest desired futures and expand the social imagination in communities and organizations. She is also the founding member of IRIS, the International Resource for Impact and Storytelling, where she contributes as a Senior Advisor. Before Toriba, Graciela spent nearly a decade at the Ford Foundation leading portfolios in Technology and Society, Creativity and Freedom of Expression, and Civic Space Promotion. She has a master’s degree in Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
